When you place an order of eligible items of $500.00 incl. GST or more (not including loyalty pricing, vouchers, credits etc), the order will qualify for ‘FREE DELIVERY’ within Australia to a maximum freight cost of 10% of the value of the order.
The Free Delivery Offer is to a maximum included freight charge of 10% of the value of the order. Should the calculated delivery allowance exceed 10% of the value of the order, then the balance of the delivery charge will be at your cost. We will endeavour to contact you before the order is dispatched if additional charges apply.
Regrettable, due to the size of Australia as well as the types, sizes and weights of the products and equipment we sell, it's not always possible to offer Free Delivery for all orders, we wish were able to simplify this critical part of doing business.
Example:
An order of $500 where the calculated freight cost is $60, the maximum included freight allowance is $50, therefore the short fall of the delivery charges will be added to your invoice.

Items Not Eligible for ‘FREE DELIVERY’ Offer: Change of Mind, Repairs & Maintenance not covered by warranty, Eligible items that are not in stock at the time of dispatch. Chemicals: Freight will be charged at a flat rate of $44 per carton of 5 litre bottles or per individual 20lt bottles, minimum charge is $44.
Hazardous Goods: Items that are considered Dangerous Goods by freight carriers will incur additional freight charges. If your order includes dangerous goods, we will endeavour to contact you before the order is dispatched if additional charges apply. Should the order contain items that are not eligible for free delivery you will be charged the shipping cost. Free delivery eligibility will apply as per the above ‘FREE DELIVERY’ terms and conditions
Bulkier or Heavy Items: Items that are large and low weight or heavy and small sized are more costly to deliver and may not be eligible for the ‘FREE DELIVERY’ offer. Should the order contain items that are not eligible for free delivery you will be charged the shipping cost. Free delivery eligibility will apply as per the above ‘FREE DELIVERY’ terms and conditions
Certain Locations: Orders being delivered to remote locations may incur additional shipping charges. Free Shipping of eligible items Internationally, Western Australia and Tasmania or Express Services is not included. Should the order contain items that are not eligible for free delivery you will be charged the shipping cost.
