Warranty

Any items sold that are found to be defective, faulty or are damaged (upon receipt of goods), will be repaired and or replaced under the manufacturers *Terms & Conditions of Warranty. *Refer to resources page of the product

Restore Solutions Product Warranty, warrants goods that are defective and or faulty from manufacture, it does not apply to goods that have been misused, altered or abused. The customer is responsible for all costs covering the packaging, freight and insurance of the goods.

Returns

Returns are only considered where products are found to be defective or faulty. We do not offer refunds and returns for change of mind, special order items (items not held in stock), or any items that has been misused or damaged by the end user. Any items being returned must be in as new condition and in original undamaged packaging, restocking fees may apply.

Claims

To make a claim, please send a full description of the issue/fault along with any photos or videos and serial number/s if applicable to orders@restoresolutions.com.au, along with your contact details.

DBK Drymatic Warranty - Terms & Conditions

Restore Solutions Warrants Drymatic goods for 2 Years from date of purchase that are defective and or faulty from manufacture. It does not apply to goods that have been misused, altered, abused, maliciously damaged or items considered that of fair wear and tear.

The 10-year warranty applies to DBK Drymatic parts only, which includes:

  • Drymatic II
  • Boost Bar
  • Drymatic Connections
  • Drymatic Mats

*Excludes Drymatic Screens

The customer is responsible for all costs covering the packaging, freight and insurance of the goods sent and returned for repair and or replacement.
