What can you expect from us as a New Zealand Customer:

  1. GST Free prices: All prices on our website are displayed in Australian Dollars and inclusive of GST. As a New Zealand customer you won't need to pay Australian GST on your orders. Add your products to the shopping cart and then select the shipping destination to be New Zealand. The total price will then reflect Australian Dollars excluding GST.

  2. Freight Allowance: On orders over $500 AUD we will cover the freight cost equivalent of 10% of the total order value. Should the calculated delivery allowance exceed 10% of the value of the order, then the balance of the delivery charge will be at your cost. We will endeavour to contact you before the order is dispatched if additional charges apply. Items not eligible for the freight allowance offer are Chemicals, Hazardous Goods, Bulky/Heavy Items, Change of Mind, Repairs & Maintenance not covered by warranty, Eligible items that are not in stock at the time of dispatch.
