Together with Lorelle McCulloch, Garry has overseen the transformation of a modest cleaning and restoration venture into an industry powerhouse. From humble beginnings to commanding a fleet of vehicles and leading a team of experts, Garry's leadership and vision have been instrumental in shaping the success of the business.

- In 1987, when Garry was 12, his father started a cleaning business in Urunga, NSW, where Garry began helping out after school and during holidays.
- In 1988, Garry moved to Maroochydore on the Sunshine Coast, where his father opened another business called All Aces Services. This business became a cleaning and restoration company offering:
- Carpet cleaning, upholstery cleaning, fabric and leather cleaning, hard floor cleaning, tile cleaning, wood and vinyl floor cleaning, rug cleaning, ultrasonic cleaning, blind cleaning, smoke-damaged goods cleaning, general cleaning contracts, shopping centre cleaning, school cleaning, builders cleans, bond cleaning, pest control, water damage restoration, fire damage restoration, mould remediation, water pressure cleaning, curtain cleaning and odour control.
- In 1995, Garry started as a contractor to All Aces Services.
- In 1998, Garry went out on his own and started Beyond Carpet Care and Restoration Services.
- In 1999, Garry was offered the opportunity to join forces with his father and manage the carpet cleaning and restoration division.
- In 2001, Garry moved to Brisbane, running the carpet cleaning and restoration division for In-Tech Cleaning before taking on the role of Operations Manager at Gorman’s Cleaning and Restoration Services.
- In 2002, Garry started his own business, Premier Carpet and Upholstery Cleaning, while also working part-time for Prochem Australia selling chemicals and equipment and teaching various courses, including:
- How to make more money out of carpet cleaning and keep your customers coming back, urine restoration, stain removal, tile and grout cleaning, phone answering, upholstery cleaning, leather cleaning, and carpet and fabric protection.
- In 2003, Garry joined forces with his father again, starting All Aces Services Brisbane.
- In 2005, Garry became an IICRC instructor for carpet cleaning until 2007.
- In 2006, Garry bought his father out and grew the business from 1 van to 10 vans in 3 years, breaking $1 million in year 1, $1.5 million in year 2 and $2 million in year 3, expanding into the Gold Coast and Northern NSW.
- In 2007, Garry moved to a large facility in Morningside, Brisbane, and set up a rug cleaning plant.
- In 2008, Garry bought out his father from the Sunshine Coast, with the company then operating from Pomona to Ballina.
- In 2010, Garry moved into a larger facility in Murarrie, Brisbane.
- In 2012, Garry and his partner Lorelle moved into the business full-time.
- In 2015, Garry and Lorelle built the business to $3 million turnover and sold it in November.
- In 2016, Garry and Lorelle started Australian Cleaning and Restoration Academy and a supply company now named Restore Solutions.
Hobbies: Playing golf, cars, movies and music.
Something about yourself: I caddy a lot for my 15-year-old daughter, who plays golf off a low single-figure handicap.
