The TTK 175 S impresses with a variety of detailed solutions which save you time, enhance your performance and secure value retention – attractively combined in the tried and tested German industrial design – protected prototype.
* Please note the unit only operates after three to five minutes after being swtiched on to protect the components from damage due to travel to site
All electrical components are also protected from dust and dampness by default. The special enclosure offers maximum protection of the electronic equipment from anything dangerous which may enter and impair the functionality and durability. This enclosure predestines the commercial dehumidifier for rough environments at various sites.
Wheel it in and watch it work – powerful rotary compressor technology in a robust carriage design Thanks to the ergonomic construction and carriage design with a bar handle and large wheels, the TTK 175 S can easily be transported in construction site conditions or up and downstairs. The non-marking rubber wheels leave no marks on your floorboards or other sensitive floorings indoors.
The rotary compressor of the TTK 175 S not only makes it possible to transport it just about anywhere, but it also allows you to start the dehumidifier immediately after positioning.
Once it is in position, this powerful condenser dryer immediately shows what it is capable of. The TTK 175 S' high-quality 0.88 kW rotation compressor is able to offer drying capacities of up to 50 litres per day and impresses even at low ambient temperatures with its high dehumidification performance.
Furthermore, compared with other defrost systems, the high-quality hot gas automatic defrost of the TTK 175 S guarantees a much more efficient dehumidification performance without defrost pauses on a time interval during which no dehumidification occurs!
The serial operating hours counter of the TTK 175 S commercial dehumidifier is optionally available as a dual counter for operating and kilowatt-hours.
A powerful condensate pump with a pump performance of up to 50 m distance and a maximum pump height of 4 m is also available for permanent drying with the TTK 175 S.
This can be used to permanently drain condensate from whole stories of buildings.
COMMERCIAL DEHUMIDIFIERS OF THE TTK-S SERIES The new standard class – top of the class.
Robust metallic housing, strong rotary compressors, low-maintenance construction, high airflow rate and wide range of usable temperatures: Whether for use in a workshop, in construction, in storage or in a laboratory – the portable, commercial dehumidifiers of the TTK S series are the perfect drying aggregates for changing applications, even in rough conditions.
With the pioneering TTK S commercial dehumidifiers, you can now benefit from a variety of detailed solutions which save you time, enhance your performance and secure value retention – attractively combined in the tried and tested German industrial design – protected prototype.
Also protected – from dust and dampness, that is – are all electrical components of the devices. A special enclosure improves the protection of the electronic equipment from anything dangerous which may enter and impair the functionality and durability. This enclosure makes the commercial dehumidifier predestined for use in harsh conditions.
Due to its extremely low-maintenance construction, the new TTK S generation is easier to clean than ever before and due to its low power to weight ratio and its clever mobility features, it is easy to transport.
Nevertheless, in terms of dehumidification capacity, these dryers are no lightweights: The entire heat exchange system made of high-quality components was designed to work in harmony and guarantees the maximum drying efficiency of the devices in all temperature ranges – for example, even under 15 °C in unheated rooms.
Furthermore, compared with other defrost systems, the high-quality hot gas automatic defrost guarantees a much more efficient dehumidification performance without defrost pauses on a time interval during which no defrosting occurs!
Even in the storage, these commercial dehumidifiers make a good impression – while taking up surprisingly little space. Because they are equipped with two practical stacking grooves on their tops, equally sized TTK S devices can be safely stacked to save space during transport and storage.
Benefits in practice TTK 175 S:
- Has non-colouring solid rubber tires
- Allows for easy transport with the trolley design
- Maximum dust and moisture protection for all electrical components
- Practice optimized German industrial design
- Multi stackability - even better handling property
- Belongs to the maintenance-friendly TTK-S series of all time
- Operating hours counter
Every year, several million tonnes of environmentally harmful CO2emissions (greenhouse gases) are emitted into the air by synthetic refrigerants. For this reason, the utilization of alternative refrigerants has become one of our key objectives. By using propane (R290) as refrigerant, this dehumidifier makes a valuable contribution to protecting our climate.
The natural refrigerant propane (R290) is an organic compound belonging to the group of hydrocarbons. Unlike synthetic refrigerants the environmentally friendly propane (R290) comes with neither ozone depletion potential (ODP = 0) nor a noteworthy greenhouse effect (GWP = 3).
Additional bonus for the environment: Owing to its excellent thermodynamic properties, propane (R290) is a particularly energy-efficient refrigerant thereby additionally reducing your energy costs.

A short snap shot of the classes of water damage
Class 1 (least amount of water, absorption and evaporation): Water losses that affect only part of a room or area, or larger areas containing materials that have absorbed minimal moisture. Little or no wet carpet and/or cushion is present
Class 2 (large amount of water, absorption and evaporation): Water losses that affect at least an entire room of carpet and cushion (pad). Water has wicked up walls less than 60cm. There is moisture remaining in structural materials; e.g., plywood, particle board, structural wood, VCT, concrete and substructure soil
Class 3 (greatest amount of water, absorption and evaporation): Water may have come from overhead. Ceilings, walls, insulation, carpet, cushion and subfloor in virtually the entire area are saturated
Class 4 (specialty drying situations): These consist of wet materials with very low permeance/porosity (e.g., hardwood, plaster, brick, concrete, light weight concrete and stone). Typically, there are deep pockets of saturation, which require very low specific humidity. These types of losses may require longer drying times and special methods
Air Exchange is example if the room is 100 cubic meters LxWxH and the dehumidifier is 400 cubic meters per hour that means that 4 times an hour the complete air from the room with air movement assistance will exchange the air through the dehumidifier.
