Hello and greetings, dear customers!

As we find ourselves in the home stretch of 2023, it's the perfect time to encourage everyone to hang in there and keep pushing toward the holiday season. It's been an incredibly busy month across the Restore Solutions & ACRA family, filled with exciting events and opportunities.

Our recent trip to New Zealand for the Heat Drying Information Session and the 1-Day Structural Drying, Water Damage & Mould Remediation course was a fantastic experience. We want to extend a huge thank you to our venue hosts, Restoration Specialists, for graciously sharing their space with us. Getting to know our customers better and supporting your businesses is truly invaluable to us.

Back in Melbourne at the ISSA Cleaning & Hygiene Expo, Restore Solutions was delighted to be part of this significant event. We wholeheartedly supported the expo and had the privilege of presenting at our booth. It's been remarkable to observe the industry's growth and the raised standards within. We are thrilled to have contributed to this exciting journey.

Now, we've kicked off November with a bang as we've just arrived in Mackay for our final Flood House course of the year. Over the next four days, we'll be working closely with another exceptional group of students, providing a hands-on learning experience. We'd like to express our heartfelt thanks to Coach8 for allowing us to use their facility. Your support means the world to us.

Our final events for the year will be back in Brisbane in December, and we're looking forward to catching up with some of our South East Queensland customers. As we start planning for 2024, we're excited about what lies ahead. We're always eager to explore new products and opportunities to better serve our valued customers.
